THE WAREHOUSE
Behind the front room is a spacious, high-ceiling warehouse featuring five large mirrors, a restroom, and a large garage door that can be opened for convenient loading and unloading, making it easy to bring in event supplies, equipment, and décor.

The Space

The Posh Space can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests, depending on the type of event and layout.

Yes. A $100 refundable security deposit is required to secure your booking.

Yes. The cleaning fee varies based on the type of event.

No. Tables and chairs are not included.

Renters are responsible for their own setup and cleanup. Your rental time should include both setup and cleanup time.

Air conditioning is available in the front room only. The warehouse does not have air conditioning, but we provide two fans to help keep the space comfortable.

The warehouse has a large garage door that can be opened for convenient loading and unloading ONLY for event supplies, décor, and equipment. NO vehicles allowed in the building.

No, we do not provide a speaker. You are welcome to bring your own speaker or sound system for your event.

Events and parties must end by 10:00 PM. The space will be locked up at 11:00 PM, so all cleanup and departure must be completed before then.
